Sabine Carlson opens the season at Gallery 10, Ltd. with her three room solo exhibition Igor Sikorsky Knew about Trees, September 3 – 27.

Helicopters without rotors encounter  ‘kite - eating trees’  as Carlson’s cheerfully ominous paintings explore themes of power and vulnerability.

Carlson exhibits internationally and in the United States. Her work is included in public, corporate and private collections in Germany, Italy, in the Netherlands and in the United States. She lives and works in the DC metro area.

A reception for the artist will be held on Friday, September 5, from 6-8.
